Driven

Jason was born in Charlotte, NC on April 29th into a family whose roots run deep in southern gospel. He has lived a life full of gospel music by watching his father, Danny Funderburk, of the Cathedral Quartet and Southern Gospel Music Hall of Fame. His father and his grandfather, Bill Funderburk, have both instilled a passion for ministry behind the music. This rich heritage continues as he is traveling.  Jason has found a love for people in need and those hurting because he himself has been there. This same calling has been placed on his life as well as generations before him. Jason is Blessed to have had songs in the Gospel Charts, sang on stage at venues with thousands in attendance or just a handful of folks! He has been privileged with three Gospel Music Diamond Awards. With his strong lead voice and ability to make a crowd laugh, he is sure to conduct a great evening of music and fellowship. While having his own ministry, he is able to focus on the importance of seeking Christ's direction in all that he does. He now resides in Monroe, NC and is married to his best friend and supporter, Misty!
